How to Edit Your Route Prices on the Mozio Provider Dashboard

Introduction

The Edit Prices feature lets you update your private, fixed-per-route prices directly in the Provider Dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and apply to all future bookings. This tool is designed for permanent updates rather than temporary adjustments. If you need to disable a service or car type entirely, please contact your account manager. This guide explains how the Edit Prices page works and how to review and publish your updates safely.
 

Understanding the Editing Prices table

The page displays only private, fixed per-route prices.

Key elements:
• A search bar to filter routes by area
• A fixed top bar that stays visible while you scroll
• A table sorted by start location alphabetically
• Editable price fields for all car types assigned to a route
• Overflow text truncated with ellipses to keep the table readable

When you first open the page, the first editable cell is auto-focused so you can start typing immediately.
 

Making changes

1. Click inside any price field

2. Enter the new value

3. As soon as at least one change is detected, the Review button becomes active

4. Continue editing as needed
   Changes are saved for review but are not published yet.
    

Reviewing your updates

1. Click the Review button

2. You will see a comparison table showing all updated prices

3. Errors such as empty or zero dollar values are highlighted in red

4. Significant changes that may affect bookings are shown in yellow

5. Use this page to verify that all values are correct before publishing

If errors appear, you must fix them before you can continue.
 

Publishing your prices

1. Click Publish

2. A confirmation window will appear

3. Read the notice and select the acknowledgment checkbox

4. Click Confirm and publish

After confirmation, your new prices are saved. You will be returned to the My Services page and see a success message. The updated prices are now active.
 

Tips for accurate pricing

• Keep your route list clean by searching by area
• Review large changes carefully during the review step
• Make sure no price is left empty or set to zero unless required
• Contact your account manager if you need to deactivate a service or disable a vehicle type
 

Last things to keep in mind

• This tool is designed for permanent price updates. Published values affect all upcoming bookings.
• You can navigate the table freely and adjust as many values as needed before clicking Review.
• Once published, price updates are permanent; you need to edit the current values to have prices. If you need support, contact your account manager.
