You can use the Blocked Dates feature to stop receiving bookings on specific days, such as holidays, maintenance days, or limited availability periods.
What are Blocked Dates?
Blocked dates prevent travelers from booking rides on days when your service isn’t available. These rules are account-wide and apply to all routes in your profile.
Key Things to Know
- Changes apply immediately across all routes and can’t be undone. This is meant for permanent changes, not temporary ones.
- Blocked dates apply only to future reservations and not those already booked.
How to Create a Blocked Date Rule
- Go to the Provider Dashboard → Pricing → Blocked Dates.
- Click the blue Create New Rule button.
- Fill in:
- Title: Name the rule (e.g., “Christmas Holiday”).
- Date Range: Choose the start and end date you want to block.
- Click Save.
You’ll see a confirmation, and the new rule was successfully created.
How to Manage Existing Rules
All your blocked date rules will appear in the Blocked dates list. Each rule will have its title, date, and last edit time.
