How to update your Prices on the Mozio Provider Dashboard – Suppliers

Updating your prices gives you full control over your revenue strategy, but it’s critical to understand that:

👉 Adjust your entire pricing strategy in one step.

👉 Changes apply immediately across all routes and can’t be undone. This is meant for permanent changes, not temporary.

👉 Price updates affect your entire account, not just a specific route.
👉 They apply only to future reservations, not bookings already made.

Log In to the Provider Dashboard
- After logging in, go to the left side menu and click on “Pricing”
Start a Price Update
- On the pricing page, click “Update Prices.”
Add a Reason (Mandatory)
- You must provide a reason for the price update (e.g., “Summer Peak Season”, “Fuel Cost Increase”).
Set the Adjustment
- Select whether you want to Increase or Decrease your prices.
Choose Value Type
- Select whether the adjustment will be by:
  - Percentage (e.g., increase by 10%).
  - Or Fixed Amount (e.g., increase by $5).
- Enter the amount based on your selection.
Review and Acknowledge the Impact
- A confirmation pop-up will explain:
  - The update applies to your entire account.
  - It will only affect future bookings.
  - Higher prices may reduce your visibility and lower booking volume.
- You must check the acknowledgment box to proceed.
Confirm the Price Update
- Click “Confirm Price Update” to apply the changes.

After or before your update, you can download the full price list by clicking “Download prices” on the Pricing page.

This file provides visibility into your current prices across all routes.
You can also use this file to:
- Review all your pricing at once.
- Suggest specific route adjustments to your Account Manager (AM) by editing and
  resending it.

Start small with adjustments to test the impact on bookings.
Always track your reasons for updates for easier future management.
Use the Downloaded Prices file strategically to plan detailed changes with your AM.
