Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice. All pending bookings should be fulfilled by the Provider, or Penalties and Declined Administration Fees will apply.
Mozio reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to their suppliers, due to bad performance of the Provider. Bad performance represents unfulfillment of protocols that affect service and customers: In such case, the Provider shall cover the cost of rebooking the qualifying services with another provider.
Mozio Account Managers will generally propose action plans before terminating the contracts and will expect their suppliers to act accordingly to revert negative performance scores.
