What is the Supplier Score?
The Supplier Score is a rating assigned to each provider based on customer reviews and partner complaints. It is calculated per airport, meaning the same company may have different scores depending on the location (IATA code).
How is it Calculated?
The Supplier Score combines:

No Pick Up (NPU) Score: Weighted at 70%.

Service Quality Index (SQI) Score: Weighted at 30%.
The Formula:
Supplier Score = (3 x SQI Score) + (7 x NPU Score)
