If you’ve already changed the settings but continue to see the prompt, follow these steps:
For iOS:
- Open Settings > Mozio Driver.
- Confirm that Location is set to Always and Precise Location is enabled.
- Restart the app to apply the changes.
For Android:
- Open Settings > Apps > Mozio Driver.
- Go to Permissions > Location and ensure it’s set to Allow all the time.
- Verify that Background Data Usage is enabled.
- Restart the app to apply the changes.
